If the Cardinals throw in tickets to Pirates and Nationals games, I'm pretty sure they would have to pay the fans.

Despite being in a rather average sized market, they always draw in the top 5 in MLB. Nor did I notice long lines at concession stands the last time I was there. Perhaps this is due in part to their innovative price discrimination methods
